As the owner and founder of Kaypitex, Francisco Lema has gone through a long journey though his life with textiles until he finally created Kaypitex.
Francisco Lema comes from a long line of textile workers thus meaning he has been involved in the textile industry his entire life. He was taught from a very young age to weave and to make the yarn itself to make hand made items to support his family. He was expected to work in the afternoons while in the morning he would attend the community school.
Coming from a family of disciplined textile workers, he had many family members to learn from. They taught him to look for perfection on every detail of each item made to attract tourists by making it easier for them to distinguish the products quality from the rest of the competition. Having the best quality and making a difference by being unique in the market has been a strict motto while Francisco was growing up. That was only the beginning of what was soon to become Francisco’s passion and dedication focusing on always improving every item made.
Francisco’s interest in the textile industry grew stronger so he wanted to build something bigger but coming from a family with limited resources, he had to build his dream on his own.
